These tasty buckwheat waffles are a great way to start a hearty sandwich. When you mix ham and cheese, you get a filling meal that you can eat at any time of the day.
Ingredients: 1 cup buckwheat flour. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 2 teaspoons baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 tablespoon sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 cup milk. 1/4 cup melted butter. 8 slices ham. 8 slices cheese such as cheddar or Swiss. Dijon mustard optional. Maple syrup optional.
Instructions: All-purpose flour, buckwheat flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar should all be mixed together in a bowl with a whisk. Get another bowl and beat the eggs. Then add the milk and melted butter and mix them in. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together until they are just mixed. Warm up the waffle iron and cook the batter according to the directions on the box until it is golden and crispy. Take waffles out of the iron and give them a minute or two to cool down. In between two waffle squares, put a slice of ham and cheese to make a sandwich. You can spread Dijon mustard on one side of the waffle and maple syrup on the other side before putting it all together if you want to. Enjoy while still warm!

These Oatmeal Waffles are a wholesome and delicious breakfast option. They have a hearty texture from the oats and a hint of cinnamon for extra flavor. Enjoy them with your favorite toppings for a satisfying morning meal.
Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats. 1 1/4 cups milk. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons sugar. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 2 large eggs. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine the rolled oats and milk. Let them soak for 10-15 minutes until the oats are softened. Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil. Pour the waffle batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown and crispy. Serve the oatmeal waffles warm with your favorite toppings, such as maple syrup, fresh berries, or yogurt.

These tasty falafel waffles are a new take on traditional falafel. They're great for a quick and easy meal because they're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Ingredients: 1 cup chickpeas, cooked and drained. 1/2 onion, chopped. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp cumin. 1 tsp coriander. 1/2 tsp baking powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tbsp all-purpose flour. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1/4 cup water.
Instructions: Preheat your waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, onion, parsley, garlic, cumin, coriander, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined, but not completely smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the all-purpose flour. Grease the waffle iron with olive oil to prevent sticking. Spoon the falafel mixture onto the waffle iron and spread it out evenly. Close the waffle iron and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the falafel waffles are golden brown and crispy. While the waffles are cooking, prepare your favorite toppings and sauces. Remove the falafel waffles from the iron and serve hot with your choice of toppings and sauces.
