Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 8 slices bacon, cooked. 4 hamburger buns. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon ketchup. 1 tablespoon mustard. 1/2 onion, thinly sliced. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 tomato slices. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm up the grill or grill pan on the stove to medium-high heat. Make 4 patties out of the ground beef that are all the same size. Add pepper and salt. Grill patties for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. Put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt in the last minute of cooking. On the grill, toast the buns for one to two minutes, until they are lightly golden. Gather the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix them together. On the bottom half of each toasted bun, spread sauce. You should put a cooked burger patty on the bottom of each bun. Add two bacon slices, onion slices, lettuce leaves, and tomato slices to the top of each patty. Put the top half of the bun on top. Serve right away and enjoy!
