The new website officially launches today! I finally passed the arbitrary threshold of "loading up the new website" that I set for myself, so it's time to pull back the curtain.
Some features I'm especially excited for (and already have been using):
Accounts with "wishlist" functionality to keep track of things you like/build outfits (just one wishlist… for now, but that's going to change very soon [fingers crossed])
Filtering across a variety of parameters
Artist showcases

A real search bar (because we've entered the 1990s, everyone!)
I hope you all enjoy and can make some use of what's on tap, and a very very happy Halloween to all of you!
Adding fully keyworded/tagged/coded items takes a lot of time and is the bottleneck.; almost all 2k things ported over right now got the full treatment so you can all play around with the filtering software, but there is going to be a slight shift in priority towards getting more things live and on-site and saving some of the tagging/keywording for later on. There are currently 12,000 items/colours/piercings/scars/poses/effects/weapons that have been photographed, so I'd love to clear up that queue as fast as possible!
Please also remember that the Google site will still be up as long as there are things on there that haven't been ported, so if you can't find what you're looking for in the spiffy new home for the Encyclopaedia, the Google site is still there (it just won't be updated with new items, of course).
This post is a little bit different from the usual, it’s a glimpse of the lore I have in my head of how things actually went between Væril and Gortash and explains a little bit about the nature of their relationship.
lyra's first meeting with gale, and the cutscene that made me fall in love with him for the first time. and yes, this is what gale is supposed to look like. i don't care what anyone says. this is *my* headcanon, not yours!
As a quick update for everyone, I've gotten over a thousand items, hairstyles, and dyes to the Encyclopaedia over the last couple of weeks, with more to come.
New Additions
I'm especially excited for the new curated collections, which I've had a lot of fun putting together, and I'd be very keen to hear what other collections you'd like to see added (spoilers: "monk" should be coming in a few hours!).
If you're a designer, please do feel free to take a look and make sure that any of your mods/collections marked as "complete" are, in fact, complete, and otherwise (as always) please let me know if there are any errors or links going where they aren't supposed to go. I beta-test it pretty thoroughly, but it's often hard to catch the copy+paste errors between similarly-named items.
First up is one released by @orilaissancunin that actually came out several weeks ago and I've been dying to get the chance to shoot it - the Beautiful Tragedy Couples Pose Pack! This has five paired, stunning poses that are both extremely versatile individually and also beautiful used together. They have clear use for amping up the drama for a Dark Urge run, but I think there are plenty of unfortunate Tavs and other origins out there that can make plenty of use of these. The pose pack images are linked up here.
These were so easy to shoot and both as sets and individual poses have a ton of utility. This is some beautifully original work and you can really notice the pose artist's attention to emotional nuance coming through in them. <3
