Okay 1, what exactly is the difference between Neptune and the normal Poseidon 600 strike event? Like clearly he was stabbed by Odysseus, but why is he seeking revenge compared to all other Poseidons who just left him be after? Did something happen to Neptune that other Poseidons haven't experienced or is he just the one that didn't let it go?

Second, how would Neptune feel about all these other Poseidons? I'm thinking of the ones that have loves stories with or are at least connected to Odysseus, how does Neptune feel about them and about killing their Ody's? Do any of the other Poseidons retaliate?

the main difference is completely how zeus (and some of the others on olympus) reacted after poseidon was beaten so badly by a mortal man. zeus deemed it a disgrace and thus stripped him of godhood and everything else because they cannot have a god in the pantheon that was beaten so horrifically and embarrassingly. it isn't a surprise, though. he punished aphrodite and ares for just being stabbed by diomedes. granted he didn't punish them NEARLY as bad, but it was still punishment.

when neptune sees the timelines where both his variant and odysseus are friends, lovers, fuck- even if they never interact again- he's just quite frankly disgusted by it. it always. ALWAYS goes back to "what about your reputation? what about your SON?!" for neptune. he doesn't care who odysseus is affiliated with in a timeline, he will still try and kill them regardless. any poseidon or any god don't really have any time to retaliate because neptune tears open a portal to the next dimension immediately after he's done his job. he doesn't stick around. doesn't gloat. he just moves on, and on, and on, because he simply cannot stop.
