i dont know if this has already been pointed out but straight junoverse would just be a super generic detective story only spiced up by being in space. called something like "jupiter tungsten, mars detective". rita and peter (either a cis woman femme fatale or queer coded for that queerbaiting money) are the only recurring characters of any note. it's billed as satire about old noir tropes but honestly just embraces them wholeheartedly. character development is simply not a thing.

am i a terrible person for wanting kind of to watch this show if only to see what its like

How are the 12 main trolls still in favour/not in favour with Corporate. (Because it seems Sova lost that favour, and Ellsee was never in favour.)

Sova- She doesn’t really have much to do with Corporate since she has nothing extra to spend, so she tries not to think about it.

Dismas- Begrudgingly accepting of their conditions.

Arcjec- Anti-corporate, as mentioned in the Yulepassing PSA.

Jentha- Dismas provides for her, no need to worry about it.

Ellsee- Thinks they do some good and some bad, very middled.

Albion- Doesn’t like getting involved in political matters.

Serpaz- Disappointed its come to this but knows shes powerless against it.

Laivan- Indifferent

Occeus- Forced to feel hopeful, as they provide his means to live

Taz- Anti-corporate, refuses to shill no matter what she could be paid

Murrit- Doesn’t care one way or the other, he’ll take the money though

Calder- Anti-corporate, they’re ruining the planet, uses their own money against them
