i love this droid so much
“Credits can buy muscle, if you know where to look.”
*Mandalorian theme plays accompanied by other motifs*
Boba, covering the entire entrance of the sarlacc pit with his ship so no light can get in: why can't I see anything
Santo gets up, starts the fight and when the owner of the bar offers him a clean tab for not popping an arm off, he takes the arm and go pay his bill. (time to show in live action that yes, wookies can dismember their enemies.)
Something about the scene with Krrsantan and the Trandoshans was telling me I had seen relevant story to it in SWTOR and I went to do some investigation.
Wookies and Trandoshans come both from hunting traditions, they have their pride in it. They come from the same sector with the wookies being preferred for their diplomacy though Transdoshans consider them hunt trophies for how hard of a fight they put up. They are very much enemies.
The relevant bit in SWTOR is that the Trandoshan companion gives you a Wookiee pelt after you complete a specific storyline to what you can answer with “wtf bro”.
Santo was there pissed with the Trandoshans being all happy and gamey, probably thinking about their honor code and their goddess of the hunt and he snapped.
in my opinion, luke making grogu choose between him and din was just wrong. instead, he should teach grogu how to keep a healthy attachment to din and balance being a jedi and mandalorian at the same time. we all know it's possible.

I love their backstory. Have been waiting for it since The Mandalorian s2.
