In TDAF, 07 is still a convicted criminal and is on house arrest because Shedletsky was able to pull a few strings to keep him out of prison and a sick C00lkidd out of the orphanage. Due to the fact that he kind of disappeared for 4 years, the new Robloxian Government ((The Interim Continuity Administration of Robloxia / ICAR)) thought he fled and applied appropriate punishment for his past criminal record.

I’ve researched a lot of legal stuff for this stupid comic 😭😭

Basically : This guy can’t leave his house and still has to balance 3 jobs to : pay rent, pay for CK and himself, and pay back the government

I don’t think Builderman really ever thought about what Robloxia would be like when he returned. His optimism died with every round, yet here he was. Home. You can imagine what almost 5 years without 3 of the most important admins plus the creator of Robloxia did to the nation. The ICAR was established to replace the crumbling government. ‘Just a temporary thing while we sort things out!’, they’d say. Things changed. ICAR established the TME, the Threat Management Enforcers, to start a widespread criminal search, capturing hundreds of criminals in a single year. Popularity with the new party rose, so did the taxes. They needed to pay for all of these new services which they swore would help everyone : implementation of smart technology to mundane items, a new school system, bonuses for having children and for the number of goods you sell, things that no one really asked for. You might be able to see where this went.
