Today's tea tasting features a special guest: Loki the Tea Cat!

We brewed up the Li Family's Spring 2014 Wuyi Mountain Big Red Robe in two of our dedicated yixing tea pots as Loki enjoyed the show.

Brewing in two yixing pots really brings this tea's deep hazelnut and caramel flavors forward, letting the juicer guava, watercress and bright vanilla notes play across the top of the sip.
