#teabowltuesday Have you tried a tea bowl? Drinking from them is a very interesting experience. I have a lot of them, mostly collected from friends and potters I admire. I use them everyday from hot tea to ice cream. You would think they would become utility, like any cup in the cupboard. But every time I hold one, I slow down a bit. There is a feeling of ceremony about them. Even when filled with leftovers because I got busy and forgot to eat lunch, I feel that rush-rush subside when I’m holding a tea bowl. I think they remind me that there is more to life than whatever has me zooming around that day. . I need a cat.
