Talk about mindful shopping!! When you have to carry your groceries home, it makes a big difference!! When I had a car my cart would be twice as full and I’d make tons of impulse purchases! I carried 2 bags using my handle thing (what an amazing invention!!!) and my other hand was free to hold my self defense kitty keychain - I’ve always got it when I’m walking/biking because you never know when you might encounter crazy foolishness! - And the $115 insurance check I got - well, I spent $117 on my groceries, so they were 99% covered by the miracle check! 🙌🙏 - By the time I walked home it was dark outside - this made me happy because nobody saw me cheesing as I walked - who walks home with a heavy, giant book bag of groceries on their back and smiles about it - THIS GIRL!! I felt SO blessed!! Thankful that I am healthy enough to walk, thankful I have shoes that don’t give me blisters, thankful that I walked at a brisk pace and got my heart rate up, thankful that I had a charged phone to listen to music while I walked, thankful that I had warm clothes to wear - and I could go on and on!! I. Am.
