I didn't wanna make backgrounds, but I wanted to draw my favorite scene again

Blades: Bee, I love you. But if you ever wake me up again at 3 am during my free day I. am. dumping. you.

Bumblebee: Ha. And here I though you had come to Cybertron to expend some time with me.

Yes, I know the drawing has typos. Is 1:30 am on a monday, I don’t care. Another stressed sketch because my brain wont let me sleep :)

I blame @lunasdestiny (and I mean that in the best way) they drew sad Blades and I was inspired

It's rough having human family that only lives but a fraction of your own lifetime... They're gone far too soon.

Blades and Bumblebee are at a bar on Cybertron for a vacation. There's a karaoke station and everyone tries to convince Bumblebee to perform.

"You're not gonna disappoint this crowd, are you?" Blades murmurs with a grin.

Bumblebee sighs, and then gets up on the stage. The bar erupts in cheering, then becomes quiet.

Bumblebee clears his throat, and then begins to sing "Somebody to Love" by Queen.

The bar breaks into applause again, and once he's finished, Bumblebee holds out the mic to Blades.

"Oh no. Uh uh."

"It's only fair, Blades... Or are you gonna disappoint this crowd?"

Blades glares at his friend, then takes the mic and goes up next. Lesser known, the crowd quiets quicker, wanting to know if this friend of Bumblebee, Slayer of Megatron, can also sing.

Blades takes in a deep breath...

"...Yo I'll tell you what I want, what I really really want—!"

I was really stressed, so I took a break sketching my babies! 😊

Because of the heigh difference, I feel the need to specify that in my continuity they are the same age, but since I am taking a lot of inspiration from G1 Bee is way shorter. I still don’t know show short Bee is going to be, Nor how tall Blades will be, just keep in mind that this was done in 20 mins and I will probably be changing heights intill I find one that fits.

I find it funny that the only things I’ve posted from my continuity are just beeblades stuff when that is like just 5% of everything we’ve done.

My computer is not being that much of a pain lately, so hope I get to draw in there more often.

I still can’t draw bumblebee for some reason.

btw my bee desing went through some minor redesign this morning.

because everytime I want to design another character Bee, oh so kindly reminds me I have to change something in their frame :|

hey ur design of blades is.. so good. I love that you kept his soft look i wanna smoosh his lil face so bad

I can guarantee Bee shares the sentiment.

Also, Thanks! Blades desing is a mix of his G1 and RB design, though without color is kinda hard to see the difference. Hopefully I could show that soon, but my computer is giving me troubles.

btw Bee is using ASL wich in my continuity is the cybertronian sign language.

Bee: Look who’s talking. I know how to take care of mysel, Blades.

I really should’nt have worked on this, but take Beeblades with IDW2 desings for your soul. I imagine this will happen waaaaaaaay early in the story??? kinda like pre issue one, but who cares.

On other news I broke my toe and burned my forearm so that’s life. I should stop treating tumblr posts as inta posts.
