Some Monday Morning (and Post-Oscar) Thoughts.

Stop thinking or talking about the Oscars, Chris, and the fake wife. Just when we were going to see an ending, they show up, and he looked empty. The last three years have been draining on so many levels for him. We also know that every time there's an ending in sight, someone fucks it up.

Go for a walk, run errands, go to a bookstore, go to work, go shopping, go for a run, go to the gym, go to Costco, go grocery shopping-in other words, get out of the house for a while.

Do something productive. A jigsaw puzzle, knit, crochet, cross stitch, do laundry, clean the house, do that painting, start that adult coloring book, bake something, even try cooking that one recipe you've been wanting to try, but never had the courage to.

Turn off your notifications, get away from your phone or your lap top or even your tablet. Checking your e-mail is okay.

Read that book you've been wanting to start. Go to your local Starbucks or local coffee house, bring your book, and read. Turn off your TV, your phone, your computer, your tablet, and read for a while. It doesn't matter if it's a cozy mystery, thriller, a classic, a romance, or even a YA book. The point is to start reading.

Pouring all of you energy into hating a person is NOT good for you. If you don't like Chris, fine. There's safer fandoms out there. Plus, if someone's energy is making you sick, don't pay attention to them. It's what they want.

STOP GIVING THIS PR STUNT GONE WRONG ATTENTION!

can u imagine if there was another challenge in world tour and they had team chris sing A Girl Worth Fighting For from Mulan and while the guys are singing of a bunch of of stereotypes, neha is trying so hard to teach them of how to not be a total dick while trying to not be too obvious about her identity

In general, I think there should just be at least one teeny tiny femnoah fic out there that has a ton of Mulan references in it, including one or two of the songs- it'd be hilarious!!

Also, it's kind of funny to think that out of team Chris post Jamaica, Tyler and Neha/'Noah' were the most pro women of the group. 'Noah' is just an all around hater in general who doesn't discriminate, so especially since Tyler was probably the only guy there post Greece who genuinely remained uncomfortable about Duncan's cheating??

He might be an idiot, but at least he respects women (more than a loooooot of the TD guys in general). And then there were Alejandro and Owen who were actively encouraging him and objectifying the girls... I love them but guys, please😭

But like, it would've been pretty interesting to have seen Tyler's reaction to their plan in Australia. I don't think he would have agreed with it one bit.

In fact, it would have been pretty interesting if they had him parallel Lindsay in season 1.

That is to say, I could 100% see the girl worth fighting for thing, with the guys being stereotypical, Neha fighting for her life, and Tyler either staying quiet in respect for Lindsay or solely singing about her. Maybe Cody joins in instead.
