It's been a rough start to the new year dealing a sprained ankle and an infection that finally got kicked to the curb. So I was happy to come into #CFSBX to play around and ring in the new year with something I've never been able to nail down or worked on so here's my first ever #muscleup. Feeling a bit nostalgic for #colorado right now more than ever I'm missing all those #mountains #trails and #running I got to do while #training for #spartanrace. I guess I'll just have to make the most out of all the mountains I got in #SoCal or make a point to do some more ultras with #arivaiparunning for 2015!
