The one and only 👉👉👉👉#Repost @erinstern5 with @repostapp. ・・・ I try to make meal-planning as easy as possible, so I set up a few guidelines that I generally follow: *Leafy greens are "free foods," and I load up my plate with them *The body doesn't seem to easily convert dietary protein to body fat like it does with carbs & fats, so I'll eat more lean meat if I'm really hungry *I don't tend to measure my proteins *I try to combine proteins/fats or proteins/carbs together *I tend to consume more carbs on active days and less when I'm not training *I always keep a shake, bar, tuna, rice cakes, or some other snack around, just in case (emergency tuna has kept me from eating gas station garbage a few times)!
