I started my shoulder workout with these 3 exercises: . . 💪🏼single-arm “y” shoulder press- hits the medial and rear delts 💪🏼lateral raise- also hits the medial and rear delts 💪🏼upright row- love this variation because it hits the entire shoulder, and helps keep the wrist straight . . Make sure you’re doing the exercises the same on both sides...start with your non-dominant arm and let it dictate the number of reps you do on your dominant arm.
