#transformationtuesday the picture on the left, I got to 180 for the first time eating everything in sight. I gained 20 lbs in this phase in about 4 months... wasn't all quality gains but lessons learned. This picture on the right is me at 185..I started eating more nutritionally dense foods and made a better effort to be aware of what I am eating. My resolution is to have the willpower to be more consistent throughout the year so I can be the best version of me. #workinprogress #whatiscardio #teamnosixpack
