Talking of tea ... Hope you guys had a fab weekend, I’ve had a super productive - but busy weekend ✂️ Between tasks I’ve taken a walk and enjoyed the sun & of course have had plenty of tea! ☕️ Talking of tea ... To be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home 🏠 or ... at the beach 🏖 The Elderberry & Echinacea @pukkaherbs tea bag comes in every order! They come in recyclable little packets to hold in all of their important herbs. The tea bag is made with abaca (a natural type of banana), wood pulp & plant cellulose fibres which make up over 99% of the tea bag! And the little card attached to the tea bag is made with FSC card (FSC is Card/paper/wood that comes from a responsible source & promotes responsible forestry - same as the Tencel fabric!) There are SO many health benefits to Elderberry & Echinacea alone but what I really love about Pukka Herbs is their transparency towards sustainability & their ethical values. (We love us some ethical values) They support the section 54 Modern Slavery Act, they source fair trade & they are transparent throughout the whole of their supply chain. The NEW Thank you cards included in every order 🥰 They are made with 25% Sri Lankan elephant dung (sorry for this time of the morning😅) 🐘💩♻️ & 75% post consumer waste! Yesterday I uploaded an IGTV all about them, and with an extra sneaky announcement - I finally have a collection name for all of the swimwear. Last year when I launched swimwear they were launched with the names of colours connected to the earth 🌍 This is still going to be rolled out this year but I wanted both collections to have their own names, so we have the Earth Collection which is everything Tencel Lyocell & we now have the Water Collection which is everything recycled swimwear! Evening! Don’t worry, if you watch my stories you’ll be used me using the very edge of my windowsill to get the very best lighting 🤣✨ Sunset on our gorg fabric Tencel Lyocell 😍 Why is Tencel Lyocell a fabric to rave about ?🧐 Well, Tencel Lyocell uses a chemical throughout its process of manufacture that is reused♻️ as well as this, the chemical is not harmful to humans🧪 Many textiles (example polyester) that are manufactured, cause harm to humans who construct the fabrics like irritated skin and breathing in toxins.
