Forex technical trading: EURUSDs range extended for the day.

EURGBP Remains Weak
The currency pair EURGBP remained weak all throughout yesterday. The pair fell from 0.8536 to 0.8478 for a total volatility drop of about 58 pips. Based on the RSI (14) at H1 chart, the pair hit the oversold territory twice. Its strong bearish momentum allowed it to tread along the oversold territory, in constant contact with the 30-level. Today, it seems that EURGBP will continue with its downtrend because the Moving Average (9)(90) at H1 chart shows the short term average falling below the long term average while the Bollinger Bands (20) at H1 chart shows price levels moving between the 20-day moving average and the lower band. Ichimoku indicators also support the bearish movement with the tankan-sen crossing below the kijun-sen while being below the kumo. All three indicators are supporting the downtrend and unless EURGBP breaks resistance level at 0.8507, the pair may move bearish all the way. For now it is best to sell.
