*As a sidenote , a lot of these things are much scarier when said/whispered during a hug. Example: He brought me into the tight embrace of his arms before i felt hot breath against my face. "I know what you did..."

A stranger texts the wrong number, and accidentally sends you a declaration of love. The message is so sweet and heartfelt that you know you can’t let it go.

Your husband accidentally sends you a text meant for his mistress.

The love of your life is your brother’s nemesis.

You fall in love with every person you make eye contact with.

Every day, you return to your apartment and say, “Honey, I’m home. Oh wait, that’s right… I live alone.” But then one day, a voice replies, “Welcome home.”

It wasn’t love at first sight. But now you were starting to see them in a new light…

The lives of two people are changed forever when they coincidentally meet and engage in a weekend-long affair.

You never would have guessed that in 48 hours you’d be married.

You’ve been bumping into the same stranger for months. Finally, you decide to say hello.

The stars have been watching you your whole life, as you laughed and cried, loved and suffered. Today, you’re finally going to do something that none of them can bear to watch. They blink out, the whole night sky turning dark, just as you’re about to do it.

"And ... this is it?" Filian's voice was slightly quivering but he hid his feelings well behind his glasses. Instead, he stared at Ina with disgust. "You have nothing else to say?"

Ina turned her gaze away, not meeting any of the accusatory stares. She should leave. She had done her part. Her mission was over. Yet, her legs felt heavy and it was like her feet were glued to the spot. She saw the punch coming from the corner of her eye but did not have the strength to move away.

Frecker's punch sent her flying. Ina could hear her jaw crack. But even when she was on the ground and the guardian stepped to her, she did not move.

Frecker's hand was still curled into a fist. It was trembling with rage. His words barely left his gritted teeth: "She trusted you. Despite your machinations, despite it being clear that you betrayed us again and again, she still chose to trust you. And this is how you repay it?"

Another punch flew towards Ina. The fist landed barely an inch next to her head in the ground.

"I thought you had changed!" Frecker yelled into her face. "I thought we had become comrades - friends even! For a moment ... for a moment I was so foolish to believe that you wanted the best for her as well!"

Warm droplets fell onto Ina's face. When she finally looked into Frecker's face, she saw that he was crying. His whole body was shaking in anger and anguish.

Ina's face was warm, not only with Frecker's tears but with her own tears and blood as well. "I didn't want to ..." she caught herself from continuing as her voice was small. No, she was not scared. She was not allowed to be scared. Looking straight at the guardian, she shouted back: "I did it because I had to, not because I ever wanted to. I--"

"Don't." Frecker interrupted her quietly. There was no emotion in his voice. He straightened up and turned his back to her. "I don't want to hear your sorry excuses."
