the not so eloquent sequel to @frenchibi‘s post about becoming an early riser :
- drink lots of water !!
- make a list of all the things you want/need to do (note : it should be at least 3 times too long for you to physically complete, but you gotta keep your options spicy)
- start your evening with the best intentions, and maybe even get one or two things done off the list
- get hyperfocused around 3am, lose all sense of time, and come back to the present 90 minutes later, convinced that it has been 3409 months since you last looked at a clock and the fact that it’s only been 90 minutes is quite frankly, offensive
- conclude a piece of writing with the phrase “bamalama ding dong”
- time has now slowed to a crawl as you await the sunrise, so go watch inuyasha on youtube
