I have a problem.

I have a friend who cannot figure out the name of an anime or if it's even real so help me it's driving us insane 

So according to my friend this anime is about two kids who clean outside of a shop in an alley, where the shopkeeper sells drugs, and then he stops wanting to sell drugs, but the guy he's supplying wants them, so he haggles for, and eventually robs for them, but they give him superpowers. this guy with the superpowers then runs parkour style all the way to a warehouse so fast that a clone is created, that he then has a to-the death fight with. meanwhile black demons are coming from the sky, and the kids from prior fight them off, one with a baseball bat, and then some guy in a jumpsuit, and a v neck 80's outfit and an afro appears who apparently had been the town hero, and had left for several years to "find himself". and then, some third kid appears with some purplish psychic black cat, that turns into some fucking lady. Then the little girl gets a machine gun and then there was a jetpack in there somewhere. I swear to god it isn't real but he is insistent that it is
