Oh, definitely. I think that they would probably be told very tame/watered down versions of it—just enough to give the kids an understanding of why their mom sometimes gets really paranoid or needs extra time alone or even some extra affection—until Viper and Sage think they're old enough to handle the grim reality of it all. I can't say exactly how much detail would be shared, but knowing how Viper interacts with the people she loves (because I do feel like she'd prefer telling the kids about her past herself), she would probably try to be as open about it as she could without actively spiraling.
