Half of my Army Ten Miler photos turned out okay. The other half were blah. Still bought the digital pack of photos, regardless. Here are low-res versions of the okay photos.

Some of my initial observations include: 1) My goodness, that phone on my arm is big. Maybe I shouldn’t upgrade to an iPhone_ Plus whenever I get a new phone. 2) I’ve got a little more meat to me these days than the past few years. Not necessarily a bad thing, but I should probably do more strength training. 3) Am I twisting my upper body too much? I think my form tends to start failing once I get fatigued. 4) Those Race Dots sure do come in handy! I’m glad I was able to fold my bib so that it wasn’t as big. 5) Though the fatigue in my face doesn’t show it, I was super happy to be running this race!

1. If you could have any pet what would it be?

I’d probably have a an albino liger, those things just look cool. And u wouldn’t need to wear a condom because they’re infertile. Woo.

2. Who do you look up to? And why?

I look up to Chris cook. He’s a natural horsemanship guy who does parelli. He’s also a really cool guy and I spent about 4 weeks at his farm last summer and backed some stallions we had in.

3. Who/what are your 3 favourite bands?

Kodaline, I bought ‘in a perfect world’ on vinyl and I can’t stop listening to it. Connor oberst, he does some great songs and cape canaveral has a really deep meaning to me that I’m not ready to share yet. Then my final choice would have to be between devandra banhart who is like a weird sorta hippy folk guy or john Martyn who is an artist from the 1970’s renound for blending blues jazz and folk.

4.one thing/person that always makes you laugh.

I’ve been speaking to a girl in America recently so she tries to speak British. When we first FaceTime’d I asked her to say something British and in the worst English accent believable she said ‘top o’ the mornin to ya’ I could not stop laughin.

5. What are your favourite films?

Ooh crap, I’m a pretty bad film snob so this should be interesting. Donnie darko, submarine, pulp fiction, inglorious basterds, schindlers list, lucky number slevin, oh wow there’s so many.

6. If you could choose any song lyrics for a tattoo what would they be?
