hey please dont get this binder!!!! its really dangerous, the fabric it's made with doesn't stretch at all and its really bad for your ribs.

there is a size chart below... http://i0.yunqudao.com/UploadFolder/9119eab3-f86b-4568-adcf-a588e905c949/22-0001/22-0020_1.jpg
It works really really well for me, actually! I can't wear actual stretchy binders (or even elastic sports bras) most of the time because of respiratory and arm/shoulder joint issues, and I find that these binders are excellent for me because most western binders are too big for me, and even the ones that are way too big for me are a nightmare to put on without dislocating my fragile joints or causing myself a panic attack. I know there's a lot going around about what binders are good for you, but if you're at all an unusual build or have any medical conditions at all I'd seriously question taking that advice at face value.
That said, to the original submitter: I honestly don't know if I'd recommend them for you. Take a look at the size chart, and do bear in mind that these binders are just breathable, unforgiving fabric when you think about buying one. You're right up the high end of the size chart if they fit at all, so it's a bit of a risk, if at least a cheap one! Just be very willing to just discard it or pass it on if it seems like it isn't going to work out for you.
For relevant context, this is why it works for me: I'm tiny (4'10", US dress size 2, and 33-24-35 last I checked), and these binders are made for Asian people, so the size I can comfortably wear for a full day is actually a medium (which is tight over my breasts but loose over my ribs)! And while I've got large breasts, they're not objectively large, just big on my small frame; I don't know how they'd work for someone like you. This goes double for if you have much compressible flesh besides your breasts on your torso - I'm visible-ribs skinny, and I've heard people with more flesh on them say they dig in and are annoying in a way I've never experienced.
Followers, do any of you have advice for a person with a 44D bra size who'd like to find a binder? Feedback about these binders in particular?
