I am experiencing the agonies again

Does anyone with occipital neuralgia have any experience using TENS machines on it? I've read that it works for some people, and one of the surgical options is permanent tens in the skull.

Does anyone have any recs for the type, placement of the stickers, or whether the butterfly shaped ones specifically for the skull work better?

Feel free to share this to anyone you know who may also have advice.

I'm currently cooking my brain with a heat pack, but it never stays hot enough to help, and it's starting to do the thing where heat is sending knife pain through the nerve across the scalp. Preferable to feeling like someone's caved my face in with a hammer, but still deeply unpleasant.

I have a TENs on my knee... Somehow it has aided in releasing my Achilles tendon, so I can now put my foot down flat, but it has somehow also succeeded in worsening the posture of my knee and it is further bent than before 😭 it feels comforting, but it's not helping the problem!

My feet are lined up, so the knees should match, but my left knee is at a wank angle (a really wank angle) but it is so bad it makes it look like my right knee is hyperextended backwards! 🤦

I just had a drama class and it was so funny because my tens machine was in a certain position so every few minutes my leg would just slowly rise up and I couldn't put it down

Thoughts on TENS units? PT recommended it- though that i might gain some insight into people's thoughts and experiences,

Love those videos of people trying Tens machines as "period simulators", and when the cis men get to about level 5 they start getting uncomfortable...

I'm using mine on a level 7-8 today for pain *relief*
