@linktober legacy: breath of the wild/tears of the kingdom/age of imprisonment/age of calamity

a lot of games this month! and- even excluding AOC- a lot of designs to choose from. these two have so so many wonderful fan redesigns and i wish i could draw them all but alas, i do not have the time for that. there was much deliberating before settling on these two and they were a great decision, i had a blast drawing them.

If you had to pick one song each from their respective game soundtracks to represent your sillies, what would it be?

HI YOUUUU ^.^ SORRY ABOUT THE WAITTT I had to think on this one…..

Wolf - I’ve always thought of the motif that plays in the hyrule field theme/when you’re getting the upper hand on a boss as Link’s theme in this game =] idk how to describe. ummm it’s just the scale that descends and then ascends. It sounds so Dog to me

Lucky - mannnn it’s got like 5 games to choose from….. For some reason the shop theme from alttp is speaking to me. Accurate reflection of its mental state 80% of the time. Lucky is also wayyyy more determined/fiery than it lets on and I think the Nightmare boss theme embodies this vibe well

Fish - kind of basic but the WW title theme is very him….second choice would be Farewell Grandma. Fish is soooo sentimental

Cloud - my first thought was Crimson Loftwing, but maybe Bamboo Island as well? Underrated location and song. Cloud is just ust a very chill guy. Like Lucky though he also has a scary side so……hmm. Maybe the Demise boss theme as well?

Hero of the Wild, name STILL under construction - gosh I’m so unfamiliar with his games. Ummm? Perhaps the song that plays when you encounter a dragon ^.^ he is a very introspective and calm guy and I think this song matches that

Ghost - oooohhhhh so many I could pick. OOT’s title theme has always symbolized him to me but ALSOOO!!! HEAR ME OUT!! the indigo-go’s song that plays during MM’s credits is like The Most Underrated Song In the Whole Franchise AND he also had a hand in writing it. Ghost likes to compose so this one makes sense I think! It’s calm and somber and fun and nostalgic all at the same time
