Dick is basically cosplaying Marlene’s character Lola-Lola from Der blaue Engel (The Blue Angel) while Penny is dressed as Mademoiselle Amy Jolly from Morocco. Regarding the movies, I liked the iconic scenes from it, but overall I wasn’t too into them.
