plot: your muse is kel's boss' daughter and they've hooked up a few times but he's caught feelings and knows he'll get fired if he does anything more than secret hook ups.

"so .... i love you." it came out unexpectedly, shirt half off as kel was pulling her onto the couch because he never wanted to waste time when he had the time to go over to her place. he shot her a grin, and leaned in to kiss her neck. "just kidding!" he murmured against her neck, rushed and nervous. he definitely wasn't kidding, but he was going to try to play it off the best he could.

"we've been coming here for like, a year now and you've never danced with me." she whined the moment she approached the other with wobbly steps. between her too high heels, dancing, and the shots she'd taken, she was feeling extremely accident-prone. hidden by the dim lights, tyler tugged off her heels as she habitually slid into his lap. "are you scared to dance with the baddest girl in here, or what?"

"i didn't want to kiss you for the first time like that, in front of all those people, okay? i just... i wanted..." it seems that he's already shot himself in the foot with the way the words come out, vulnerability seeping though them in a way that makes him feel uneasy. a beat passes and then suddenly he's leaning in, capturing their lips in a kiss wrought with passion. his hands take hold of them, one at their waist and the other at their cheek. all too suddenly he's pulling away, breathless and shocked at his own actions. "i wanted it to be something like that."
