animals tend to flock to arthur and hes such a bleeding heart that hes constantly going up to hosea and dutch asking if they can keep whatever animal has gone to him now They cant say no to the kitten he got one day. he helped out a homestead but they didnt have the money to pay him but one of their tame cats had kittens not too long ago and its weaned at this point so theyre just. cat payment? arthur took one look at the cat and off he went with a new Friend

14. What is a pet peeve of theirs?

Okay I had a really hard time thinking about this so clearly I have some character development I need to do, but I thought of a few little things at least.

She hates repeating herself. As in like if she tells you to leave her alone and you keep harrassing her, you’re gonna get punched. But like if you genuinely didn’t hear her or didn’t understand she’s usually more patient.

She HATES being interrupted.

Don’t call her “Jenny.” She will ask once.

23. How do they usually wear their hair?

Tied up in a semi-messy bun or down in a braid, if she’s been traveling or in a rush to get ready. But if she wasn’t in a rush to fix up her hair quickly, it’ll be in a pretty clean and quite cute braided updo. Like google “braided updo” and look for the first few image results and you’ll get the picture. 

Working as basically a mercenary/hunter she really can’t afford to have long hair get caught up in branches or grabbed by a drowner, so that’s why it’s so often tied up. BUT on the rare opportunity that she can let her hair down, like a party or a romantic evening, she will, well, let her hair down. She has nice long kinda curly brown hair because that’s the hair type I give all my ocs and she secretly likes to show it off a little bit. Takes a lot of work do get it presentable though.

But if her fun hair-down day goes to shit, you’ll be able to tell bc her hair won’t be in a semi-messy bun, it’ll be in a MESSY bun. Like when you go to tie your hair up in a ponytail but you leave the hair tie just a little loose and twist up your hair into the laziest bun imaginable before tightening the hair tie so you can do your chores? Like that.

40. If I wanted to draw them, what would be distinct physical features that I would have to know to draw them correctly?

Okay so other than the obvious “cat eye” thing (and a fox amulet but that’s not really a physical feature that’s just a piece of attire she always wears), I know she has a few scars from like fights and stuff. Most of them would be under her clothes, like on the arms and abdomen and whatever, but I think she also has a few on the face here and there, right? And I’m also thinking like one distinctive one on the face, like pretty much every witcher seems to have.  For her, I had been thinking of a scar on the cheek that stretched down to the jaw. When I was trying to find a good example I actually found the perfect one with Hester from the Mortal Engines movie. Which I linked there to spare a google search bc if you look up her name you also get fan renditions from the book description (bc of course the movie toned it down to make sure she was “pretty”), and a few of those versions depict a scar that caused some serious damage to the eye which might not be fun to look at if you’re sensitive to that, so yeah. But not for Genevieve. The movie version I linked is exactly what I had in mind. She and her man can be twinsies.

Here are your questions!

1. What’s your favorite type of music?

I think if I’m being honest it’s probably either alternative or hardcore punk/punk. I enjoy a lot of different types of music, but I always end up back at my roots.

2. Do you like pineapple on pizza? (im not someone who will end u dont worry)

I’m actually allergic to pineapple, so I don’t want it on my pizza. I don’t care if other do though, I can pick it off. What is a bit of an itchy tongue if I’m the odd man out?

3. Tell me a random fact about the OC you’ve most recently created content for! (Or just your favorite one!)

Selina is an asexual, I didn’t see much rep for asexual characters and I wanted to put a bit of myself out there.

4. If you were to meet any character/person from anything, who would it be?

If I’m being honest with myself? Probably Chris Evans, I would love to pick his brain. He just seems like such a cool dude, really down to earth and wants what is best for everyone he meets. Maybe I’m wrong, but he just seems like someone you could grab a beer with and just talk?

5. What was the last book you read? (If you can’t remember you can say your favorite book)

Bad Monkey - Carl Hiaasen. I think he has another new one out, I just haven’t had time for an actual book in a couple months.

6. Where do you want to be right now?

Does Financially stable count as an answer? Honestly, I just moved really far away from everyone I love, so I kinda wish I was able to visit them all right now? Just see everyone again.

7. Last time you cried?

Last time I cried over sadness has been a while, umm, not sure I remember? I cry a lot when I laugh, so I guess that is kinda a good thing? It may have been when I finished rdr2 last November, for a sad cry? God, I’m some kind of monster...I didn’t even cry when I moved away from loved ones.

8. How many hours of sleep did you get last night? (pls go to bed at a good time if possible fellers)

I usually get around 5, my body will make me get up, so there isn’t really an option for more.

9. Do you prefer dogs, cats, both, or other?

I love all animals, I have two dogs myself, but I’ve been living with cats for the last 8 years so I have come around to them more. Just like having something that cares, and I can care for.

10. Who is the person you look up to the most in your life? (Can be anyone, real or not)

Robert Downey, Jr. The man is literal proof that if you work hard and own up to your mistakes you really can achieve anything. He is probably one of the hardest working people, sure he fucked up a lot when he was younger, but who hasn’t? I wish to one day have even a third of his success and happiness.

11. Favorite flower/plant?

I love pitcher plants. They are so cool and they come in so many forms, I love how they have evolved so dramatically and can either eat animals, or form symbiotic relationships with them, how they utilize the world around them. They are also really pretty and not something you see a lot.
