This event is nothing more than yawn-worthy. An 'A' to Anne Archibald for trying though.

Definitely.  I'm sure the fundraiser has been successful but where are the subtle elbows pushing people into a snowbank, slipping roofies into someone's hot chocolate, or any other interesting turn of events? 

Then again, the only way to make things interesting is to stir them up.  Whether it's about the event or not, and it probably won't be, I'm in need of an evening pick-me-up.

This is some premium ice, and let it be said I was sceptical of those ice skating lessons way back when but I may have found my calling. How proud Mrs Asher would be...

Wonder how she's doing. I mean, understandable to not take a ten year old's number but this is the Upper East Side. Nine years is long enough for any marriage to end.
