TGRE THEIRY: What Makes a Floppy?

Alright so I'm typing this on my phone, sorry about any grammar mistakes. So I just had a brilliant idea to explain why Amon and the Twins can be considered Floppy other then the fact that they are weaker then Kaneki and Taikizawa. They became full ghouls. Based on chapter 77 we saw that Kuro now has 2 kagune eyes. I originally that maybe she snapped and implanted her sisters eye into her skull. But now...I have an idea as to why this happened. Now we all know that half ghouls are significantly stronger than full ghouls, they heal faster and still have human DNA in their body that the ghoul RC cells probably eat all the time. This is why Eto, Kaneki and Taikizawa are stronger and harder to kill. At least in my opinion. Anyway what if Kanou discovered after his experiments with Amon that Amon's body stopped producing it's own human RC cells like a regular ghoul? What if that is what makes him Floppy, because even though he is a half Ghoul now what if this means that someday he will become a full ghoul? Kanou wanted half ghouls specifically because they are stronger, but if he made full Ghouls then his project at that time is a failure. So there you go another crack pot idea of mine.

How is he in so many organizations?? How has he not been caught??? Ishida how did you create such an amazing character???? I will fight anyone if they don’t appreciate Furuta’s characterization.
