Revamp The Undead Story - Ep. 9
A lovely fever scene from the Thai drama (BL) My Golden Blood episode 5.
Tawan Arb Dao ตะวันอาบดาว (2020) - Whump List
Also known as: Sun Immersed in the Star
Synopsis: After holding his twin brother Siwat’s dead body, Siwakorn (on the left) decides to pretend to be his brother to investigate his death. With his friend Mek (on the right)’s help, he infiltrates the Khemmawat Group and meets every suspect, including Siwat’s secret lover, Chorprae. But Siwakorn gets closer and closer to Daopradub.
Notes: Let’s be honest, I didn’t give a damn about the plot. I watched it solely for Great whump (as in “Great Sapol Assawamunkong”, the Thai actor who plays Mek, not “great whump”, even if it is, indeed, nice whump). ML also gets his fair share. They suffer. They’re pretty. That’s it.
NB: Timestamps might be off (< 1mn) depending on where you watch the show. I do not disclose any character death on purpose. The characters are listed by chronological order of whump in each episode.
WARNING: This drama contains se*ual assault depiction, disguised as “romance”.

Pit Babe - 1x10
Hello!! How are you?
Let me ask you something, do make whump lists?
Sadly I don’t make any professional whump lists but I do have a list of whumpy Asian dramas episodes. Feel free to check them out! (Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Thailand)
Home School Eps 1
Run is trying to escape from captivity but is caught, restrained and drugged.
If you're wondering how good a series is for whump, just watch the first couple minutes. And my man Run here is basically put through the ringer this entire series.
You can find this Thai drama on Youtube and I'd highly recommend it if you like captivity, insane villains, being drugged, and a little torture on the side.
Saint had a different reason for leaving Shin - Chapter 3/4
Saint managed to reach home on the bike and then stumbled into his small bedroom, the weight of the evening pressing down on him. His stomach churned violently, and despite having barely eaten, he found himself retching over the sink in his bathroom. Each heave tore through him like a blade, leaving him gasping for air. His hands trembled as he gripped the edge of the sink, his pale reflection staring back at him in the mirror. Beads of sweat clung to his forehead, and his cheeks were hollowed by weeks of pain and exhaustion.
When his body finally calmed down, Saint staggered to the bathroom, clutching his side. The dull ache had intensified, spreading like wildfire through his abdomen, every breath a struggle. He gritted his teeth, forcing himself to rinse his mouth, but the motion only made the pain worse. With a low groan, he doubled over, feeling the fire sear deeper inside him.
He fumbled with the bottle of painkillers on his nightstand, his hands trembling. A few pills spilled from the bottle in his desperation. "Damn it," he muttered, his voice strained as he forced two pills into his mouth. He washed them down with a gulp of water, but it felt like the burning sensation was too much to bear. His stomach churned, and he staggered back to the bed, collapsing onto it in a heap.
Saint curled into himself, trying to reduce the pain. A muffled groan escaped his lips, raw with anguish. "Please, just... stop," he whispered through clenched teeth, his voice breaking. His father was out for the night, so there was no reason to hold back the pain. It poured from him in ragged bursts, a mixture of sobs and quiet cries. His hand pressed tightly to his stomach as tears streaked down his face.
"Why... why does it hurt so much?" Saint gasped, squeezing his eyes shut as the pain seemed to flare up once more, crashing over him in waves.
The minutes dragged on, each one stretching into an agonizing eternity. "I can’t... I can’t take it anymore," he whimpered, his voice trembling. The room seemed to close in on him, the silence broken only by his strained breaths and the occasional soft cry.
Finally, after what felt like hours, the intensity of the pain began to dull, if only slightly. Saint’s eyelids fluttered as exhaustion swept over him. His body went slack, and his mind finally gave in to the darkness, the pain lulling him into a fitful, restless sleep.
The morning light filtered through the thin curtains, waking Saint from his restless slumber. His body felt heavier than usual, the remnants of last night’s pain lingering like a ghost. He sat up slowly, grimacing as he adjusted to the dull ache that remained in his side. Still, it was better than the sharp, searing pain from the night before.
Rubbing the sleep from his eyes, Saint’s thoughts turned to Shin. He couldn’t shake the guilt that gnawed at him, not just for their broken friendship but for the way he had deliberately hurt Shin in the past. He had thought pushing Shin away was the right choice, a way to protect him from the burden of his illness. But now, with Shin’s anger festering and threatening to spiral into something worse, Saint realized he needed to take responsibility.
If he didn’t act soon, Shin’s defiance could lead to expulsion. Saint’s heart sank at the thought. Shin had a bright future ahead of him, and Saint didn’t want to be the reason that future was jeopardized again. More than anything, he didn’t want to lose Shin again.
Gathering his resolve, Saint stood up and began preparing for the day. The pain in his side protested with every movement, but he ignored it. He had to find a way to talk to Shin—to explain everything. First, he has to get rid of the misunderstanding the school has about Shin.
Then he had to tell the truth about his illness and the misguided decisions he had made for Shin. Only then could he hope to mend their friendship and keep Shin from making a mistake that could ruin his life.
As he laced up his shoes, Saint’s mind raced with what he would say. He knew it wouldn’t be easy. Shin’s anger was justified, and no amount of explanation would erase the hurt he had caused. But he had to try. For Shin. For their friendship. For the chance to make things right.
He reached the classroom and laid his head down as usual till the class starts.
To be continued...
