So. I’ve been saying, “Oh, dear,” a lot when something happens. Like. A lot. To the point where my mother says “We don’t say ‘oh, dear,’ in this house. It’s ’Jesus H. Tap Dancing Christ.’ Or ‘Sweet baby Jesus in a velveteen suit.’ What are you? A nun?”
So tonight at work I meant to say, “Oh, dear.” Except it came out “Jesus Fucking Velveteen Tap Dance.” And then I made it worse. “Sweet baby shit in a suit.”
Thanks ma.
