R, movie announcer voice: Long ago...there was a man who was SUPER sad...but this one time, a bunch of strangers on the internet showed up at a rally he was a part of after he very drunkenly invited them on the Worldwide Web. That day, he met 30 rad as hell people and they all had an awesome time and R was the coolest and most popular, hottest, most creative, and best person ever.

R, normal voice: I love this picture so fuckin’ much. But, in all seriousness, Courf wrote that for me.

R: TADAA! Hey guys! Long time no chat!

R: Like, 2 years no chat, to be precise... there’s still so many of you guys out there! It’s crazy. Let’s check the inbox, I can’t believe you guys have already sent in messages.

R: Heh, sorry about that...the whole disappearing without a word for 2 years after I made you all concerned about my problems bit.

R: Things at the rally just really...got crazy. I-I mean, everything is great now! Nothing bad happened, it was just...I needed to get away for a while.

R: So, I did, but when I got back, I just kinda forgot about all this... it wasn’t until I found my old laptop in storage that I even remembered it.

R: But, I mean it that I want to do this whole thing again. I’m so much...better than I was then, I mean comparatively, so why not? It was fun.

R: There’s also been some pretty...uhhh...wild changes for me these last 2 years...if anyone’s curious.

R: So, sorry for that ridiculous thing, I guess I was feeling sentimental. Blech. So, let’s get back to it and stop letting me be gross online. Fire away!

Just finished having an ADHD attack that I'm pretty sure started two hours ago, don't remember how I got home but here I am naked in bed. I have vague memories of fondling my friend's shoes and my other friend's shirt that has a heart on it... I feel like that's the one thing they never tell people with ADHD. The memory loss. Everything happens in double time and you just can't remember any important things. Specifically when you get overwhelmed and you're trying to focus and comprehend everything. Sometimes, I get so overwhelmed I can't even read. People will speak to me and I hear nothing. It's just more sound. Then it's like I turn into a god damn toddler and have a one-step goal. "What's that? Touch it. Who's that? Find out. Feels like? Touch it." Your reaction time slows down too! It takes me a hot minute before something makes sense. Someone will say something but my brain can't react before my body does. I touched a radiator the other day after someone told me what it was because my body was already moving and even though there was plenty of time to stop, my brain couldn't function. Anytime someone asks me a question, I say "huh?" And then immediately answer their question when they begin to ask again. My brain recognizes the tone of a question, tells my body to respond, and THEN understands the words that were said. I have no clue if someone helped me home and get into bed. I have no idea what socially unacceptable thing I might have done. The only thing I know is that I touched things. I pressed my face to things. I may have said things I couldn't control. I don't know what I'll need to apologize for tomorrow. I just need to ask and then explain all of this all over again.

R: Okay, first of all. Happy birthday.

R: Second of all, coming out to family can be really really rough. I know what that’s like, especially as bi. All sexualities have their own difficulties coming out, but I get the bi thing, and-

Laurie: Did I hear birthday and bisexual?

R: uh-

Laurie: Sorry to intrude, but I made bi pride cupcakes and if it’s your birthday, you should definitely have one. Happy birthday, sweetie!

R: Um. Thanks! ...it’s not mine but thanks anyway.

R: Well, there we go!

R: No matter what happens, you have a family here. You should never be afraid of hiding who you are, because even if you lose everything, you will always have a whole world of people standing behind you who love and support you.

R: Now, thats not to say the worst, will happen. I’m sure your family will love you just the same, but even then! We’ve still got your back.

R: And until you're ready to come to a LGBTQ rights event or a Pride march, I’ll just hold onto this cupcake for you.

R: Happy birthday.

Combeferre: Today’s meeting is on our up coming rally next Saturday. We’re still needing to get the word out! As of now, our Facebook event only has about thirty people saying they’ll go.

Courfeyrac: Fun fact! Most of them are people in this room.
