What if he gets hit and it just unwinds Billy

Like cap is still there, living lightning had been around forever, but Billy? The spell sent them back like 20 years, and Billy’s like 14, he didn’t exist before then!

I’m kind of just imagining this version of cap desperately trying to find a way at to reverse the effects while the league is confused at his new behaviors
