Clarke, feeling the energy between them, in this moment of connection between to rivals...
“I'd recommend putting your shirt back on.”
“Why? Are you worried you won't be able to control your self? Because if you're concerned about my virtue, I have to tell you, I'm not-”
“I meant-” ,she cut him off with a small smile, “there are some poisonous plants out here that could make that pretty back of yours erupt with pus-filled boils.”
He shrugged. “For all I know, that might be your thing, doctor girl. I'll take my chances.”

what kind of epic romantic drama OTP bullsh--
Interesting that there’s no arm wrap in the script. I approve of this change.
Hi Anon,
RIGHT?
There is SO MUCH that the actors/directors added that made that script go from sad to just completely heart breaking.
But focusing on Bellarke…
Something that I want to rewatch to confirm is how Bellamy changes how he looks at Clarke from every moment after he finds out about the phone call. In nearly every single frame from then on - when he looks at her, it’s with this shy and endearing hope. I love it.
Now the one thing I will add about the arm-wrap… is that I think this might be a bit of an easter-egg nod to Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back.
Heck - we even have Jordan on the same side as C-3P0 and R2D2 playing with the computers.
(Before we start the brother/sister discourse - it should take people all of zero seconds after watching both of those scenes to tell which one has more heightened interpersonal emotions so like… let’s not go down that rabbit hole).
Anyways - I loved it. I think that script was exemplary in showing how far the actors can take the material given to them and make it their own - and especially in how Eliza and Bob made it work.
Thanks for your ask,Lynne
Also I really loved the Bellamy/Madi scene in the scripts. He really is her dad. And because of nothing else but Clarke's stories. I stan one (1) family
