But this is kind of an angst prompt for me? Because there's nothing about this pairing that doesn't end in Ethan attempting to kill Mother Miranda, IMHO.

Ethan's daughter is Rose. Miranda wants to replace Rose with Eva. No matter how much those two might ever like each other, their end goals are incompatible.

One of them will kill the other. And it would absolutely destroy whoever survives.

HAHA OH MY GOODNESS I should have figured it was only a matter of time before people got curious. The Crackship. Yes. Well, put simply, it's The Youthful Naturalist x Milton.

Put complicated, theres 6~ AUs worth of babbling with @reliably-derogaffectionate , and a whole lot of canon parallels to chew on to boot. This ship, of course, started with a "haha wouldn't it be funny" and then spiraled drastically.
