I realized that physical pain shows me some pride that I have in my life.

Example 1: I don’t take medicine to relieve pain.

Example 2: I don’t tell people the extent.

Example 3: I walk like it’s not there cause nobody needs to know.

Example 4: I only go to the doctor when it’s past the point I can bare.

Example 5: I push it down

Specific Example 1: When I first hurt my back and couldn’t move, I used willpower to close the door so nobody walking by could see I was in real pain.

*I forced myself to straighten up.

*I tried to work off the pain.

*Tried to go to work the next day after the sent me to get checked out. They sent me home.

*Its getting worse and I’m not telling anyone about the pain.

My attitude is: I’ll just deal with it.

Maybe I can fix it so I don’t have to live with so much discomfort? I don’t know my life with discomfort tho. I just have to push through it.
