stu and astrids meet cute
Stuart and Astrid. I'm convinced these two were sent to the 20th century from another time and place. There's no way they are mere mortals like the rest of us
hi jürgison nation, i present to you fem jürgen !
stu meeting his new friends, illustrated
If I remember correctly, this was the first proper drawing I made of the Exis.
It's only a moptop if it's done by a fruity German artist, otherwise it's just a sparkling bowlcut
yet another @bluecrowsfly - @monarchetype original
ASTRID KIRCHHERR and JACKIE LOMAX, c. 1963/64
These contact sheets have shone a new light into Astrid’s life post-Stuart, as her and Jackie appear to be very comfortable being so intimate with each other. It also confirms Jackie as being another of Astrid’s exes that remained her friend after their time together was over, with Astrid travelling especially to photograph his debut album recording sessions in 1968.
(I also enjoy the ‘Alle Nein!!!’ written across the last sheet. I think it’s safe to say that Astrid didn’t like these photos much).
#1, 20, and 21
My favourite Exi has to be Klaus Voormann, although I love all of them. Klaus is just so elf like and a gentle soul. I aspire to be like him, there is no need for so much aggression in society.
20. I'm not sure if this is an unpopular opinion or not but Jürgen's books are unreasonably expensive and that's not very cash money of if.
21. I think it was a mutual rivalry, although a weak one. They both wanted John's attention, to some extent. Paul would mock and tease Stu, but Stu would also borrow money off of him and never pay it back. Some sources say that Stu never practiced, which pissed Paul off. Which is understandable don't get me wrong. I think they could have became friends but it would take time.
thank you for that ask Anon!
