Dept. Q marks [Matthew] GoodE's return to television after his roles in A Discovery of Witches and the limited series The Offer wrapped up in 2022. It'll serve as a long-overdue reunion for him and [Scott] Frank after the star appeared in his directorial debut heist thriller The Lookout back in 2007. This time around, GoodE tops a callsheet including Chloe Pirrie, Alexej Manvelov, Kelly Macdonald, Kate Dickie, Leah Byrne, Mark Bonnar, Tom Bulpett, and Jamie Sives that he's called "one of the finest casts I’ve ever gotten to work with.
