Why instead of leap years dont we add 1 second to each hour of the day (or however much is needed)
Maybe add 1 second each day
But im not gonna math my way into finding out how much time is needed

Yeah that's right.

So technically Mini would be... 3.75 years old in the 5th book?
Okay well technically the law doesn't care about leap years so she would just officially age a year on March 1st, but it's not like the Potatoes abide by the law sooo...

Late, but can I ask who else is born in Feb 29 aka the leap year? I js wanna know when yall celebrate ur birthday. Persobally, I celebrate mine in February 28😗😗 (Just turned 18 and is js super duper curious since I only met ONE person before who has the same bday as meee)
