When the Angel showed up and began to wreck havoc, No Significant Harassment knew something had to be done.
No one knew how to counter such a power- something that wasn't Ascension, but was just as instant. It was Sig who came up with the idea- the Angel, also known as the False Affirmative, was created by infusing Void Fluid into its body during development. So what else could counter Void Fluid but itself? Using as much Void Fluid as he could spare and as many Karma Flowers as he could get, No Significant Harassment created the Radiant, who he fittingly named Radiance.
While Radiance had to be extracted early due to other factors, it was undoubtedly a powerful creation- No Significant Harassment's pride. This time, he did not mess up- he did not doom his beloved creation as he did his last.
