I'm being sappy today happy Father's Day to all fathers out there feedback wanted and hope you like it.... It was Father's Day and Miranda and Blake were in Lindale with her family and Blake and Rick were sitting on the couch watching NASCAR. "Babe daddy are you two gonna move at all today", Miranda said as she walked over and sat on Blake's lap, "I wasn't planning on moving I'm watching NASCAR with your father",Blake said and laughed and glued his eyes back at the tv.Miranda sighed and Rick and Blake both looked at her, "I know that sigh Rick she wants us to do something with her",Blake said looking at Miranda, "ya she's done that since she was little Miranda what do you want", "you guys are just so much alike it's crazy but I would like it if you put the tv on something we all wanna watch". Blake pushed Miranda onto Ricks lap and the both began to tickle her like she was five and Miranda was screaming for them to stop but they wouldn't. "Ok ok ill watch NASCAR with you two just stop ticking me", Blake and Rick laughed and Blake pulled Miranda up so she was sat in the middle of him and Rick, "happy Father's Day daddy", Miranda said. Just then a blond little girl came around the corner just waking up she walked up to Blake,Miranda and Rick rubbing her big baby blue eyes, "happy daddy's day", Piper said. Piper was four and the spitting image of Miranda and they were happy to have the family they've always dreamt of. Miranda picked Piper up "Piper Kayleigh Shelton what do you say about making daddy and Papa a surprise", Miranda said, "ya lets go mommy", leaning over and kissing Blake and then Rick". In the kitchen Piper and Miranda had started making nonny's special peanut butter pie that Blake and Rick loved so much. Piper had ingredients all over her face and they were laughing and having a great time. About 20 minutes later the pie was done and Blake and Rick wondered into the kitchen. "Smells amazing", Blake said picking up his daughter from behind she was facing the counter talking to Miranda, "daddy put me down now", she said sounding exactly like Miranda, "geez mini Miranda"Blake said laughing earning a laugh from Miranda, "like mama like daughter"Miranda said. Rick smiled and said, "y'all can say that again Miranda Bev and Piper are all just the same". Miranda smiled and hugged her father as they watched Blake and Piper eat the peanut butter pie and spray whip cream into each others mouths. They all hung out horsing around soon Bev got home and joined them and Blake and Rick had the best fathers days and they were going to be happy to have time to make more memories like these.
