Do you know the full mechanics of how the pyro shapeshifting the Spree does works? Cause I don't really know how and don't know wtf Scylla did when she burned the Exarch's face.

Death of the original face's body is not a requirement. The Exarch appears again in 2x7, after Scylla took his face in 2x5.

Tiffany: Is it true that you whenever you change your face, it's the face of someone you murdered? Scylla: Absolutely not, Tiffany. It's just a piece of Work like any other.

Unfortunately, though, this is stupid, because why the fuck would the military, the unit on the run, and all Dodgers everywhere not use this insanely useful technique all of the time? (We see Dodgers using a face-blurring Work in 2x7 instead.)

And even if there was a human sacrifice component, it's still stupid. Just invent a version of the tech that doesn't do that. Like, if Alder is using Work to photoshop Nicte out of things instead of basic "Stalin crops out Nikolai Yezhov" shit that cannot be magically unravelled by pesky Sight-gifted cadets, how is face-changing without ethical issues so impossible?

I don't get how some people still can't comprehend why Nicte, Willa, & Scylla did what they did in the past. They had a change of heart... Scylla because she fell in love with Raelle... Willa & Nicte because the Camarilla returned... but I understand their reasons in the beginning.

Nicte watched Alder use her work to orchestrate a mass suicide. Then Alder erased her from history to silence her forever.

Willa watched her daughter grow up without her. Her daughter now serving the same army that kept them apart her entire life.

Scylla watched the Army murder her parents in cold blood when she was a child. Now conscription forces her to serve in that Army.

The Spree founder, a Spree cell leader, and a Spree agent... they were overcome with hatred towards the Army for what it took from them.

Why Nicte thanks Scylla?

I'm just wondering about Nicte in Tally's body thanking Scylla for her help. There is something there…. Nothing is said or done for the wind in this show, Nicte believes her words here, she even seems to understand what is happening between Raelle and Scylla. I'm not saying that Scylla knows Tally is Nicte and that she is protecting her, I really think Scylla was tricked by Nicte like everyone else. Yet, Nicte is grateful to her. It could be for the show, she play the nice Tally, except for her cover she don’t have to talk at all, it’s even a risk….

She respond to Raelle and Abigail when they where having a sisters moment because it would be completely weird not to from Tally, she was forced to say something, but with Scylla she’s the one taking the initiative and I find this detail extremely strange. So I'm very interested in this little scene.

Maybe I read too much in this, but the thank you, the 👀 and the smug face, before leaving them, are intriguing when you know it’s not just Tally shipping the happiness of her sister.

While I’m sure this has been pointed out already, I just wanted to acknowledge the attention to detail in this scene. We see Scylla dancing with Raelle at the wedding, staring at a clock. On top of the clock is a Latin phrase meaning “new order of the ages”. Considering Scylla is spree this is very fitting in the context in which it is shown.
