After much procrastinating exploring, i finally allowed myself to venture into the ruins of Las Vegas.

So much buried under the sand. Buildings buried up to their ears (if they had ears)!

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The Culinary union has struck a deal with The Strat. More than 700 union members work at the property. Contract negotiations are still ongoing between the union and 17 other Las Vegas Strip and downtown properties with independent operators. A strike deadline is set for Feb. 2. Union workers plan to hold an informational picket outside of Circa on Friday, Jan. 26. It’s one of the properties working on a new contract. The union settled with the major Strip companies in November before the Las Vegas Grand Prix.
