My body is so angry now that I am experiencing the Red Tide. It took 12 hours but now my Uterus is pterodactyl screeching and banging pots and pans together while stomping angrily about. It's the kind of rampage I cannot handle right now and it doesn't help that my Brain's doing the thing it usually does during this Time Of The Month™ which is simultaneously screaming loudly and consistently about how much we need to be worried and also screeching about how sad we are about Existence™

I unwisely did exercise that is not just walking/running, and now my back and all my joints are bullshit.
