This is how I cope with stuff that's stressful XD Seriously tho, I surprised myself with how worried I was after his surgery when I took him home and he was so drugged from the anesthesia (even tho they gave him the lightest sedation possible) that I was second-guessing and panicking whether or not I'd done the right thing getting his 🥚✂️ The next morning the anesthesia wore off and he was back to himself and since then he's been healing up well so I feel way better about my decision. Like I've had pets in the past who've been fixed, and it was scary but fine in the end, but Chibi is my first pet that's mine and I'm responsible for him and that's kinda scary XD This little guy relies on me to care for him and feed him and make sure he's happy and safe and I guess I've never had that type of responsibility before, but it's totally worth all the scary feelings because he's such a sweet little guy who brings so much joy.
