Can you tell that I'm totally obsessed with this sports bra? I think you'll be seeing a lot of it! Day 3 of The Bod today and I jumped on the scales this morning out of curiosity... 2.6kgs down in two days! Like always my water retention levels are insane!! Feeling healthier and less bloated for sure though! And I thought I was going to struggle with the food but it hasn't been so bad!
Week 2 Update
How exactly is it Wednesday already? Time is flying and I can't believe we are a third of the way through January already! It'll be Christmas again before we know it!
So last week on The Bod program went well until Friday. Had a huge day of purging and packing and as a result ended up having a pretty unhealthy dinner. Then it was my friend's 30th Birthday celebration on the Saturday so a bit of eating and drinking was involved and well Sunday, might as well top off a bad time. Even through all of that indulgence I still managed to be 1 kilo down from my start weight so I achieved something at least!
This week so far so good on the nutrition side of things! Have kept it 100% clean. At this stage the only cheat is going to be a planned one for Saturday night. I hope to stick to the plan for all other meals!
My shoulder bursitis is giving me a bit of grief which sucks though! And I'm back at work which is less an ideal!
Mostly feeling good though!
