This guy was still weird as fuck in her book — of course, he’d managed to explain how he knew her real name and she’d calmed down some, but she had a feeling he wasn’t telling her everything and that generally got her agitated. To be quite frank -- Katherine's easily agitated now-a-days.

But, she'd agreed to see him again -- and since then, she'd continually come over to the others from time to time, although with her work schedule back to normal, it was sparse. He honestly wasn't a bad guy, but then again, that could have been the liquor talking; her drinking habits were getting worse as time wore on. It was a wonder she wasn't drunk off her ass, but she was making a conscious effort not to become an alcoholic. If not for herself, for those around her that gave a shit.

So here she was; another night sitting in the other's place, arms crossed over her chest and he beside her as they reclined and watched some bad tv -- infomercials. They were always amusing to an extent. This time around she'd just been looking for some late night company that wasn't the usual folk and this one had popped up on her radar.

She felt his his against her knee and moments later it was sliding upward; his larger hand sliding across smooth, bare flesh, as she'd opted for shorts rather than her jeans for the colder climate, and her breath hitched slightly in her chest, eyebrow raising in question -- but she made no move to stop the other if he so wished to continue.
