How did the world become so segregated and angry? That defending our country (why borders and boundaries exist in the first place is a mystery to me) deciding one life is worth more than another, then killing.. was ever an option or necessary. The goal is peace and harmony. Love. Happiness. Sharing. Caring. It starts within ourselves then grows. And then the rain came. Choosing the path of least resistance. To not force anything. If it feels right do it. If its full of road blocks think twice Right place right time. ...is whats on my mind... And oh my my. In leiu of driving across town to the NoBo CPY studio i stuck close to home and popped into Sarah's C2. Holy jesus this babe is such an inspiration. Aestetically so beautiful with her inked skin and eccletic style. Shes has the tiniest bendiest frame ive ever witnessed first hand. Such beautiful fluid range of motion. And a spunk and fire inside that lit up my morning. My hips hold generations of bottled emotions it seems and my frame is more like that of a cavelady.. hehehhe. But in this acknowledgement comes self acceptance. We all have specific gifts and capacities, differences and similarities that make us unique and connect equally. This class officially has been added to my weekly routine. What doesnt challenge us doesnt make us grown and blossom into something more. In closure to class Sarah remarked that in the uncomfortablity of life the highest form of ecstasy can be sought. Seek and find. Its worth a try. MmmMmmmmm, namaste! If there ever was a human Barbie doll i think she's it. And so down to earth it's almost unreal. So thankful the universe led me back to Boulder. Could have never seen it coming and now constantly im seeing little glimpses of future magic unfolding. My ability to love fully and unconditionally seems greater than most. Ive been CLOSED IN THE RESISTANCE TO CHANGE. The newness of a move. Of letting go of a life I did love for a new one of furtherrrrr growth. Woahhhh. And TO THINK if I'd have stayed home and in bed I wouldn't have acknowledged all this.
